Mr. Jack Yeh, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of JMEA, co-founded JMEA Corporation. Prior to JMEA, Mr. Yeh had over 22 years experience in the IT industry
with executive level experience and progressively increasing responsibilities spanning strategy, program management, operations, business development, international business, and research and development. Mr. Yeh served as the Chief Information Officer for one of the business sectors of a Fortune 100 company. The annual revenue of the business area was $5.2 billion with an IT budget of $122 million. He has demonstrated leadership to grow and manage large (100+ people) complex project organizations. He has proven expertise in assembling, developing, and leading high performance organizations. Mr. Yeh has demonstrated experience leading, developing, and implementing a Six Sigma program. He has been an investor and has served on the boards of directors of several start-up companies. Mr. Yeh has also held management positions with TRW, BDM International, AT&T Federal Systems, and Bell Labs. He holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA.

Sanjog Mathur, M.D.

Dr. Sanjog Mathur, Chief Medical Officer of JMEA Corporation, is board certified, practicing orthopaedic surgeon specializing in spine surgery with 32 years of experience.  Dr. Mathur is affiliated with Johns Hopkins Hospital at Howard County and Medstar Montgomery Medical Center.  He received his M.D. from Gandhi Medical College in India in 1985.  He did his initial orthopaedic training in Edinburgh, England, where he received his FRCS (Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons). He did a two year research fellowship in orthopaedic surgery prior to doing his residency training in orthopaedic surgery followed by advanced training in spine surgery all at Johns Hopkins University.  He is a former fellow of Dr. John P. Kostuik. He was member of the Scientific Advisory Board of American OsteoMedix Corporation ("AOM"), a start-up company that successfully designed, patented, financed, manufactured, and commercialized a minimally invasive spinal product.  AOM was later sold to Interpore International, Inc. in 2001, resulting in a significant positive liquidity event for AOM's equity holders. This transaction realized a return of $24 Million on initial investors' capital of less than $2 Million.  He has co-authored multiple papers in peer reviewed journals and chapters in various text books. He is an active member of NASS and AAOS.


Gregory Watko
Director of Sales & Marketing

Mr. Gregory Watko, Director of Sales of JMEA Corporation, has more than 25 years of experience in orthopedic sales and sales management. He has extensive sales management experience developing hybrid channels of distribution specializing in trauma, spine and sports medicine. Prior to joining JMEA, Mr. Watko was the Director of Sales, Eastern USA at ConMed Linvatec. He managed 8 distributorships, 2 branch offices and approximately 92 salespeople generating revenue of $110M from endoscopic and arthroscopy equipment, power instruments and sports medicine products. Mr. Watko has also held Regional Manager/Director positions with Cortek, American OsteoMedix (AOM) and Biolectron (a Biomet company). Greg held the position of VP of Sales and National Accounts Manager at ACE Medical (DePuy, Johnson & Johnson). As VP of Sales at ACE Medical he increased revenues from $9.5M to $21M within a 5 year period. Mr. Watko completed an Executive Management Program at the University of Southern California and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University.

Mr. Millios, Comptroller of the Company, is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of Maryland and Nevada. He is a former partner in Santos, Postal and Millios, an accounting firm in Rockville, Maryland. For the past 16 years he has headed-up a private CPA practice. Over the years, Mr. Millios has been involved in numerous start-up ventures, both as an outside advisor and investor/owner. He has been a director of a number of closely held corporations and a board member of GenSci Regeneration Sciences, Inc., a publicly traded corporation located in Toronto, Canada.
